Who we are
AirSpot România (airspot.lumosstudio.ro) is run by Lumos Studio, individual (not yet registered as a business), at Roman, Neamț County, Romania. Email: hello@lumosstudio.ro. Phone: +40 743 353 143.
AirSpot România is a platform for drone pilots: the map of flight zones and restrictions (ROMATSA), flying weather and flying spots, with information on the approvals needed. Pilot accounts will come later.

Important
Content and copyright
The site's texts, images, code and design belong to the operator or are used with permission. You may read it, share links and quote briefly with credit. Any other reproduction needs our written consent.
Flying and your responsibility
You are responsible for every flight: registering as an operator, the certificates, the authorisations for restricted zones and following the rules. The verdict on the map is indicative and does not replace observing the airspace.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other people's pages. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
Liability
We work to keep the information correct and the site running, but provide them “as is”, with no guarantee that they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the information on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or the rights the law gives consumers.
Complaints
Write to hello@lumosstudio.ro and we will reply as soon as we can. As a consumer you can also use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR/SAL) body: https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent Romanian courts, without affecting consumers' right to use the courts where they live, where the law gives them that right.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page, with the date above.
